What you get
- Automated, compliant review request flows
- Professional response templates
- Reputation monitoring and alerts
Who this is for
- Businesses with happy customers who simply never get asked
- Owners who find review responses uncomfortable or time-consuming to write
- Businesses recovering from a cluster of negative reviews
- Not a fit for anyone looking to buy, trade, or filter reviews — we decline that work
Problems this solves
If any of these describe your situation, this is the service that addresses it.
- You have a handful of reviews and a competitor has hundreds, which affects both ranking prominence and the click decision.
- Reviews arrive in bursts after a push and then stop, which looks less natural than a steady trickle.
- Negative reviews sit unanswered, which readers weigh more heavily than the review itself.
How the work runs
-
1
Find the right moment
The request is timed to the point in your process where the customer is most satisfied, because timing changes response rate far more than wording does.
-
2
Make responding easy
Customers get a direct link to the review form, removing the steps where most people give up.
-
3
Respond to everything
Every review gets a reply, including positive ones. Responses are specific rather than templated, because generic replies read as automated.
-
4
Monitor
New reviews across platforms are monitored so negative feedback is answered while it is still recent.
What you receive
- A review request flow built into your existing customer process
- Response drafts for the situations you encounter most
- Monitoring and alerts across the platforms that matter to your category
- A record of review volume and rating over time
What affects the outcome
How quickly anything changes depends on how competitive your category and area are, the current state of your profile and listings, and how much of the work you are able to act on. We report what was done and what measurably changed against a recorded baseline. We do not promise a position, a timeline, or a volume of enquiries, and no provider can honestly do so.
Questions about Review Management
Can I offer a discount in exchange for a review?
No. Incentivised reviews breach Google's policies and US Federal Trade Commission rules on endorsements, whether or not the review is positive. Asking every customer, without conditions, is both permitted and more effective over time.
How should I respond to a negative review?
Reply once, publicly, without arguing the facts: acknowledge the specific issue, say what you are doing about it, and offer a direct way to continue the conversation offline. The audience for the reply is the next reader, not the reviewer.
Can a fake or malicious review be removed?
Only if it breaches platform policy — for example, it is not about a genuine experience, contains prohibited content, or comes from a competitor. Reviews that are simply unfavourable are not removable, and services claiming otherwise are usually selling review suppression that risks the profile.
